smiles so wide my cheeks hurt. smiles so constant, sometimes they never even leave my face.

smiles i share with an empty room, just at the thought of our memories together.

jokes.

jokes that make no sense at all. jokes so memorable, we've repeated them a thousand times.

jokes i never want to stop hearing, because each is so unique and valuable.

excitement.

excitement that leaves this sparkle in your eyes. excitement that fills up our veins, filling us with buzzing energy.

excitement that makes my heart want more, never wanting to let go of that exhilarating rush.

hugging. dancing. singing. 

embraces filled with love. events characterized by happiness, where nothing matters more than that exact moment.

pieces of my heart encased in each moment that i'll carry with me till my last breath.

laughter.

laughter that spills over like iced coffee. laughter that makes our eyes tear up. laughter that makes our stomachs hurt. laughter that lasts for a few seconds. laughter that stretches on when the moment has passed.

laughter i never want to stop hearing, because it is my most precious memory. laughter i wish to remember forever, even if i'll never remember anything else.

this laughter fills up my heart, because that's where you'll always stay.

within these red chambers that beat for more happiness to be shared with you. within these red chambers that never want to lose you.

the next time we come across a funny picture, experience an embarrassing moment, blurt out something stupid, or genuinely just feel happy in each other's presence,
